TRAVELS WITH STEVE
National Sales Manager, Steve Hoffman has been busy attending various shows around the country. Last December (10-11-12) he was in NYC to attend and exhibit at the Broadway Lighting Master Classes Color Workshop. While in NYC he attended the first annual EDDY awards debuting the new format of Entertainment Design magazine.
The next stop was the Special Event '99 Show in Orlando Florida. The special event and party planning show ran from January 8-10th.
Austin Texas was the next stop for T.E.T.A., the Texas Educational Theatre Association show, January 21-23rd. Among GAM dealers exhibiting were: Olden Lighting, Performing Arts Supply, Stagelight, Dallas Stage Lighting, Norcostco, Texas Scenic, and Texas Stageworks and Lighting.
Rumor has it that Steve is going to New York the end of February, on to Boston, and then in March he'll head to Montreal for the Solotech show. Next he will head for Chicago the end of March.
April 19-22 he will be in Las Vegas for the NAB show, and May will find Steve at the PRIMEDIA Intertec sponsored first annual ExpoLatina '99 show in Miami on May 5-7. This show is described as 'Lighting, Sound and Technology for the Latin American Entertainment Industry'.
