Did you see the fantastic color and pattern TV 'show' for The Battle of the Sexes on Ice at Caesar's Palace? We noticed several GAM GOBOS (One of the 'Constructions', 398 Shatter, and 715 Eyes among others).
 The high point for school theatre groups in Illinois is their annual theatre festival and 'All-State production.' This year's festival drew 3600 students and their sponsors from 143 schools. DESIGNLAB CHICAGO attended and spent three days showing a variety of products including the full range of handy GamChek and GAM TOOLS to festival attendees. The GamChek was the most popular product because of its ability to check lamps, cables and outlets. Many of the show's young electricians were excited at how much easier this tool could make their jobs.

DESIGNLAB also was chosen as lighting vendor for
the Home for the Holidays concert series in the historic Auditorium Theatre. As always, a range of GamColor was used in both the initial rep plot and
as specific colors for touring acts because of their consistant clarity and brightness of color.
Look for a GAM-assisted special effect in the hit movie Mousehunt. Mousehunt Productions via Dreamworks used a 2.5K HMI Scene Machine to illuminate a monstrous silhouette in the attic. The Gaffer was Rafael Sanchez.
GAM supplied 'The Arrowhead Pond' in Anaheim with 120 Superbright StarStrobe 3s. The strobes will go off whenever the Mighty Ducks score a goal! Lighting Designer is Kevin Sorg.
