DESIGNER FOCUS

Ms. Emma Fitzgerald & GamColor

Ms. Emma Fitzgerald just completed her thesis project at the University of California in Irvine. Floyed Collins, a play about a man trapped underground in a cave and the goings on above to free him. "This is the first time I used all GamColor, but I have always been partial to GAM Patterns. I was really very impressed with the blues that I used on the strip lights. What really got me going with GamColor was the crispness and the purity of the color as well as how long it lasted. I really think GAM has a much wider selection of blues and lavenders, which are my favorite." Emma also used two GAM Scene Machines to create a very realistic rain effect on the cyc. Emma's next project will be Alice in Wonderland at the Irvine Barclay Theatre, where she looks forward to using GAM again.
