Upcoming ESTA Seminar On The Art Of The Sale

7/17/98--ESTA is holding its The Art of Selling seminar on Saturday, October 3 and Sunday, October 4 in New York City, a two-day event comprised of five sessions dealing with such topics as time management and negotiation techniques. First held during USITT in Long Beach, ESTA is bringing it back due to popular demand. The seminar is open to ESTA members only. Saturday's sessions will be held from 9am-5:30pm. Sunday includes a half day of sessions that go from 9am-1pm.

The five main topics are: "Introduction to the Selling Process--A Method of Reaching Your Sales Objectives," "Time Management and Planning,"The Joy of Selling, Improving Your Selling Technique," "Negotiating and the Art of Closing the Deal," and "Panel Discussion of Actual Sales Opportunities."

Joe Tawil and Mike Connell will lead the seminar in the Novotel New York Hotel at 52nd Street and Broadway. Both have extensive experience in the field of sales. Tawil is the founder of GAMPRODUCTS, Inc., and has been involved with the profession for over 35 years.
