  • As seen in the April LIGHTING DIMENSIONS, Titanic: Official Movie Tour was lit by LD Marilyn Lowey. She used four ellipsoidals fitted with GAM TwinSpins to create gentle undulating water effects around the hull of the underwater Titanic. The show was set in London.
  • GAM supplied a 2K Scene Machine and custom Film Loop to Olesen for Universal Studio's Terminator 2 in 3D exhibit which opened May 6th.
  • Quoting a letter from CHICAGO SPOTLIGHT, "We just received the glass adapter rings for the TwinSpin II. I am just thrilled beyond belief! Your company actually listened to customer feedback and responded in a positive and proactive manner. So, you must think, what did we do right? WellŠyou put a retaining wire in with the adapter! What a fabulous idea. We will happily stock this product and recommend it to our customers. Thank you for making creativity just a little bit easier for all of us." (signed Kathy Zukasky)
  • News from HIGH OUTPUT, INC. They are expanding the Rhode Island operation from a satellite office to a full service facility with an expanded rental and sales inventory.
  • ALAN GORDON ENTERPRISES moved to a new location, 5625 Melrose, Hollywood.
  • Doug Brown from THEATRIX, INC., Inglewood, is also the resident lighting designer for the Bluebird Theatre in Denver, and he uses GamProducts exclusively!
  • From NORCOSTCO, INC., Denver. Anna Thompson reports that they supplied GamPatterns for Colorado's Ocean Journey, which had its gala grand opening the weekend of 22 May. The special guest star was Linda Ronstadt.
  • PHOEBUS CO., INC., San Francisco, just used GAM's EFM with cloud and fire loops on their 1200W projector for Ubisoft at the E3 Video Game Trade Show. Terry Mullen, rental manager, just used a 'lot' of GamColor 305 (French Rose) in the last show he designed.
