Introducing two new additions to the GAM sales force. To the left is Mr. Broderick Jones. He is an outside sales specialist primarily responsible for covering all of California. Next is Mr. Oscar Valdez, who covers all export to Latin America. Oscar came to us from Bulbtronics, and has been developing new ways of advertising and marketing to target prospective new customers in all of Latin America. We welcome them to GAM and wish them well in their new positions.

In October, we received a letter from The Denver Center Theatre Company raving about the new GAM HMI Source IV. Charles MacLeod, resident Lighting Director, is using 6 of the new HMI Source IV's in a production of "Tantalus". "Tantalus" opened in Denver and will move to England in February. Ms. Dawn Chiang, a lighting designer from New York City, sent GAM this picture (right) along with a letter about "The Fire Zone". This is a display sponsored by the New York Fire Department located at Rockefeller Center in New York City. "We love the TwinSpin II on this project. It's the major technique for "burning down the house" each and every day, several times a day, to great educational and theatrical effects for school groups and the general public alike. Lemark and GAM launch a joint promotional and distribution effort in the U.K. LeMark has been supplying GAMFLOOR to GAM for several years and are manufacturers of speciality products and tapes including the SlipWay cable tape. LeMark has now taken on the responsibility of marketing, distributing and promoting GAM Products. They have put in place a huge stock of GAM Patterns to quickly respond to their customers' needs. Plans are afoot to add more of the GAM Products to their well stocked service center. Shirley A. Farnsworth, a sculptor from Middletown, OH. sent us an example of another interesting way to use GamColor. She used amber gels to create an aged effect to her six stained glass windows for use as Christmas window decorations. "The amber gels made the gold glow and the pictures age and soften." she said.
